We respectfully request that we be given a minimum notice period of 48 hours to cancel or change an appointment.
Should you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.
Since we realised that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in advance, all our appointments are confirmed by email/SMS 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation fees will apply, and to confirm your appointment we will require you to provide your credit/debit card information.
· Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a deposit fee of 50% of the reserved service price.
· “No show” will likewise be charged 50% of the deposit service price. Please call to cancel as No Show will be charged or subsequent appointments may be rejected.
Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in 50% minimum charge of your service booked. Please text or call the salon on 07539279850 (not the number that sent the reminder) to cancel appointment as emails may not be seen on time.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability and keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.
