All Cancellations Require a 48hr notice requirement to cancel/ re schedule an appointment. failure to adhered to this will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service.
Missed appointments
Failure to cancel an existing appointment/and or no shows- will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled service.
Late arrivals
Please note if you are more than 15 mintures late for your appointment, I may have to re schedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to re schedule your appointment will be made in a timely manner. If I have not received any correspondence from you within the 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment it will be considered a “no show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.
Booking appointments
All new client bookings/ bookings of no service within 6 months will require a 50% booking deposit which must be paid within 24 hrs of booking via bacs payment. All deposits taken will be deducted from your service balance upon checkout. All Colour appointments booked via the online booking system may be modified by myself to ensure the addiquit time/ and or service is correct for the specific appointment. This may mean i will need to contact you. If you are unsure of what service you are needing, please make contact before booking and I will make sure the correct service is booked.

All debit/ credit cards- cash and bank transfer accepted.
VGHair follows a colour responsibility policy for the safety and peace of mind of my clients. I utilise colour testing and screening to determine the suitability for my various colour services.
AAT (allergy alert test) skin test
Before any colour services I require All my clients to have a skin test. This is done a minimum of 48hrs prior to your colour appointment. I will apply a small amount of colour formula behind your ear, which needs to be left on 45minutes-48hrs depending on which colour brand you will be receiving. Should you develop any signs of irritation, reddening, swelling, inflammation, burning or itching please contact me. If you develop any symptoms that make you begin to feel unwell please contact a medical professional. When you attend the salon for your appointment I will look over the skin test to make sure all is well and i will require you to complete a questionnaire. Subsequent colour services may not require a AAT test (skin test) subject to conditions.

How your personal information is stored
Your information is securely stored on salon iris software, in google drive and in limited paper form.
I keep the information listed for seven years as it is related to our financial information. I will then dispose of your information by deleting it from the cloud/computer or shredding paper copies. Debit card stubs are burnt.
