We respectfully request that we be given a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment.
Should you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.
Since we realise that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in advance, we confirm all appointments by email or SMS 48 hours in advance.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability and keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.
If you fail to give a minimum of 24 hours notice you will lose the full deposit taken to secure your appointment time. This is also applies for same day time changes, the deposit paid secures the set time of your appointment only.
