We respectfully request that we be given a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment.
Should you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.
Since we realise that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in advance, we confirm all appointments by email or SMS 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation fees will apply, and you will need to provide your credit/debit card information to confirm your appointment.
· Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a booking fee of 100% of the reserved service price.
· “No show” will likewise be charged 100% of the service price.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability and keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.
