Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your co-operation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and provide a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

Any client making an appointment over 1 hour or any new client making an appointment will be required to pay a 50% booking fee. The booking fee will be deducted from the final bill.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please whatsapp us immediately on 07748052133 . Utopia require 48 hours notice for cancellation or to rearrange an appointment without a charge.

Failure to show or cancellation of appointment within 48 hours will result in loss of a booking fee or a 50% charge will be added to your next appointment. Also any further appointments will be required to be paid in full at time of booking

Courses

Anyone that does not give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation when using part of their course of treatments will have that treatment deducted from their total remaining treatments.
