1:If booking a colour appointment with us for the first time or if it has been more than 3 months since your last colour appointment with us you are required to also book a Skin Test appointment at least 48 hours before your colour service, failure to do so may force us to cancel your appointment.
1a: All NEW clients will be contact via text message to pay a percentage despots for their appointment, this despots is non-refundable or transferable if :
A: You fail to come to your appointment on the booked day and time.
B: You cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice.
2: By booking this appointment you agree that if you fail to show to the appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice a.k.a Hairdressing will invoice you a "NO SHOW" charge to the value of 50% of the appointment value.
3: TV License Compliance, we respectfully ask you to refrain from watching live TV or BBC iPlayer while in the salon.
