CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours notice must be given to allow the appointment
time to be refilled. Failure to give this notice will result in 50% of your
appointment cost being taken. This covers the cost, should the appointment not
be able to be refilled. Should you not turn up to your appointment without any
notice or have to cancel on the day, 100% of the treatment cost will need to be
paid. No future appointments will be made or held until payment is made. Larger
appointments (2 hours +) will require a 10% deposit.
